1. Contest Period
The Build Your Dream Cobalt Contest runs from November 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025.
All design entries must be submitted and received by one of the participating marinas — Walkers Point Marina, Gordon Bay Marine, or Lefroy Harbour — no later than 11:59 p.m. (EST) on November 30, 2025.

2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their Cobalt boat design using the provided materials or online design tools at one of the participating marinas. Only entries received by the contest deadline will be eligible.
There is no purchase necessary to participate or to win the prize package.

3. No Purchase Obligation
There is no obligation or responsibility for any person(s) submitting a design entry to purchase the winning designed boat once it is produced and in-stock at any of the three (3) participating marinas.
The winning designed boat itself is not awarded as a prize in this contest.

4. Prize Details
One (1) prize package will be awarded to the contest winner. The prize package includes:
•  Two (2) Cobalt-branded jackets and hats
•  A 2-hour guided tour on a Cobalt boat in Muskoka, including a captain, snacks, and beverages
•  A video documenting the experience
The total approximate retail value of the prize package is $1,500 CAD.

5. Prize Conditions
The prize must be accepted as awarded and used during the 2026 boating season (May through October).
The prize package has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted in whole or in part.

6. Winner Selection
The winning design will be selected by a panel of judges designated by Maple Leaf Marinas Holdings GP Inc. All decisions of the judges are final and binding. The winning entry will be contacted via email by January 30, 2026.

7. General Conditions
Maple Leaf Marinas Holdings GP Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this contest at any time without prior notice, if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by Maple Leaf Marinas Holdings GP Inc.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected for this contest will be used solely for the administration of the contest, prize fulfillment, and related promotional activities conducted by Maple Leaf Marinas Holdings GP Inc. and its participating marinas.

By submitting a contest entry, participants provide implied consent for Maple Leaf Marinas Holdings GP Inc. and its participating marinas to contact them by email, phone, or other means for purposes related to the contest, including entry confirmation, winner notification, and post-contest follow-up.

Entrants may also receive occasional marketing communications about products, services, and promotions offered by Maple Leaf Marinas and its affiliates. Participants may withdraw consent to receive such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any email or by contacting marketing@mlmarinas.com.

All personal information will be handled in accordance with Maple Leaf Marinas’ Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.
