As a member of the Yard Maintenance Crew, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our marina facilities. You will work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment, ensuring that our outdoor spaces reflect the high standards of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the marina grounds in impeccable condition.
- Conduct landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting as needed.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and debris from designated areas.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate tasks and achieve overall cleanliness goals.
- Operate and maintain yard maintenance equipment responsibly and safely.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of special events hosted at the marina.
- Uphold safety standards and regulations while performing duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in yard maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate and maintain yard equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
