Huntsville Marine is continuing to grow, and in order to continue to give our customers the best possible customer service we are looking for a Seasonal Showroom/Administration Assistant.
The Ideal candidate for this position will be customer service focused at all times, will thrive in a fast paced environment, highly organized, and a strong team player, with a willingness to learn new skills as the job demands.
Duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Helping Sales team with sales administration duties
- Answering phones, follow up calls, and directing phone traffic as necessary
- Answering emails and customer inquiries as necessary
- Collecting Payments and running point of sale equipment as necessary
- Helping Service team with work order follow up and CSI
- Serving Customers needs as required, with positive customer experience the primary goal at all times
- Help with Showroom Flow And organization as required
- Help with Rental Program CSI, inquiries and Follow up.
- Help with Storage Intake, Organization, and Scheduling Seasonally
- Other duties as required/Assigned

Seasonal Contract Length April 15-Nov 1
Pay $18-22/hr based on experience.
