Gordon Bay Marine, located in Mactier Ontario is the premiere Marina in Muskoka , and services/stores over 1500 boats annually.
As Operations Manager you will oversee the following department heads :
- Service Manager
- Parts Manager
- Logistics Manager (transportation and storage)
- Marine Store Manager
- Office Manager
You will also work side by side with our Boat Sales General Manager and provide support for the delivery and PDI of new and used boats.
Requirements:
–Â minimum of 5 years experience in Marina or Automotive operations
– Candidates need authorization to work in Canada
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 annually, including health benefits, RSP Match and vehicle allowance.
