All Weekends Starting Mother’s Day Weekend May 7th, 8th & 9th, 2022 until the Addition of Weekdays Starting at the End of the School Year
Required End Date: September 6th, 2022, Then Weekends including Thanksgiving Weekend October 8th, 9th & 10th -(Possible Recurring Seasonal)
Education: Enrolled In Secondary (High) School or University/College
Experience: Will train
Security and Safety: Bondable
Transportation: Own transportation, Valid Driver’s License, Valid Pleasure Craft License
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Standing for extended periods, Repetitive tasks
Work Setting: Marina
Work Site Environment: Must Be Able To Work In Wet and Cold Environment, Outdoors/Indoors (ALL WEATHER), In/on water, Wet/damp, Noisy, Odours, Dusty
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Pleasure Craft Operator Card
Marina Service Station Attendant Specific Skills:
-Friendly – Get To Know Each Of Your Customers By Their Name,
-Attention To Detail, Boat Types, Colour, Product Sold
-Mark Down Above and Product Sold etc. on Gas Charts
–Refuel boats and vehicles,
-Maintain dock area and marina facilities,
-Perform property maintenance,
-Mow Lawns,
-Cut weeds and undergrowth,
-Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens,
-Rake and collect refuse.
Additional Skills:
–Receive payments from customers,
-Prepare daily reports of fuel, oil and accessory sales,
-Help unload groceries etc., when items are delivered to store and help restock store when required.
-Maintain a clean and safe work space,
-Other duties as required. Prepare and ready Boat Rentals.
Equipment and Machinery Experience: Fuel Pumps, Lawn mowers, Weed trimmer/edger
Weight Handling: Up to 50 lbs
