Job Description

The following outline of a job description is to serve as a guide for expected job performance. It is not intended to limit individual initiative. The Company reserves the right to add or delete responsibilities. Weekend work will be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Night time security of marina property.
· Security and safety of all persons on marina property.
· Safe operation of equipment, supplies and tools.
· Hourly communication via radio with alarm security company.
· Light janitorial work in offices and washroom facilities.
· Nightly recording of water meter readings.
· Be a public relations ambassador in dealing with all persons on property.

Job Types: 3 days per week (Friday through Sunday)

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Accelerated disinfection, Rapid Testing when needed
