Service Writer/Parts Administrator


We are currently looking for an experienced Service Writer/Parts Administrator to join our team at Maple Leaf Marinas. This position is a Full-Time, Seasonal position.

A successful candidate will possess the following;

  • Is an outgoing, friendly person who enjoys customer interaction
  • Has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Is highly organized, attentive to details and possesses strong interpersonal skills
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with customers
  • Is experienced with computers and has the ability to quickly learn new software programs
  • Has a valid G or G2 drivers license
  • Service & Parts experience is an asset
  • Boating experience & knowledge is an asset

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Greet, communicate and discuss with our customers, all aspects of their boat maintenance and repair needs
  • Schedule, estimate and invoice service work while following detailed guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promptly respond to emails, phone calls and all other inquiries from customers regarding service work
  • Maintain up to date customer records through software database
  • Locate, source & retrieve parts requested by customers & technicians
  • Weekend work is required
