Maple Leaf Marinas is the largest owner of premium Marinas in Canada with locations on Lake Simcoe, Lake Muskoka, Lake Joseph and Georgian Bay, Ontario. We are seeking a strong, motivated individual for this role; a self-starter that enjoys a challenge.  The successful candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills and excellent customer service skills are a must. 

Service Expeditor, Georgian Shores Marina, Owen Sound, Ontario

This is a full time seasonal job to start immediately till end October.

Staging and Preparation
● Identify any open service bay that may need units staged.
● Request approval from technician to stage unit to ensure the area has not been reserved for other purposes.
● Reference “lineup board” to identify next major unit to be
worked on by technician.
● Review repair order to identify extent of jobs that have been requested by customer.
● Provide service writer with serial numbers and motor details when available
● Begin courtesy inspection.
● Stage any and all parts with unit.
● Stage repair order and completed courtesy inspection with unit.
● Ensure all tasks are properly completed with technician.
Courtesy Inspections
● Perform courtesy inspection on all major units checked into service. [Reference separate inspection document]

Quality Control
● Review repair order to verify completion of requested jobs.
● Complete quality control check on all completed major units. [Reference separate quality control document].

Unit Appearance
● Clean each completed unit using spray nine spray and microfiber towel.
● Ensure each unit is cleaner than when it arrived.
● Pay special attention to and/all areas that a customer will see while operating the unit.
